  Dr. Mansergh: I thank the Minister of State and his officials for their presence in the House [706]this morning for the passing of two important Bills. I wish him the best for the season.

  Mr. J. Phelan: I concur with Senator Mansergh. I also thank the Minister of State and his officials. Earlier, an official had to exercise some resuscitation skills. I hope the sound technician who took ill has recovered. I wish everybody all the best for Christmas and the new year.
