I am sure that the Public Office Commission will put some procedure in place to notify donors of their responsibility under the legislation. Senator O'Toole asked for something simple but this legislation is anything but simple. Will the Minister have an explanatory leaflet prepared to inform Members and the public of the details of the Act?
