Seanad Éireann - Volume 146 - 29 February, 1996

Business of Seanad.

An Cathaoirleach: I have notice from Senator Ross that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Marine to take urgent measures to save the Murrough in Wicklow town from coastal erosion.

I have also received notice from Senator O'Kennedy on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment to investigate the proposal from Limerick County Council to locate a land fill site in Slieve Felim, County Tipperary.

I have also received notice from Senator Cotter on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to encourage members of the dental profession to carry out certain orthodontic treatment in an effort to reduce the high cost of such treatment.

I regard the matters raised as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected Senator Ross's and Senator O'Kennedy's matters and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senator Cotter may give notice on [1050] another day of the matter he wishes to raise.
