An Cathaoirleach: I have notice from Senator Cosgrave that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education to ensure that Dún LaoghaireRathdown County Council retains their vocational education committee in light of the new boundaries.

I have also received notice from Senator Finneran on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment to sanction and provide funds for a public sewerage scheme in the villages of Ballintubber and Cloonfad in County Roscommon.

I have also received notice from Senator Maloney on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to provide funding to Letterkenny general hospital for an increase in nursing staff at the hospital which is at present inadequate.

I have also received notice from Senator Honan on the following matter:

[346] To ask the Minister for Health when he proposes to introduce the child abuse register as recommended in the report on the Kilkenny incest case.

I have also received notice from Senator Cassidy on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education to provide funding as a matter of urgency for Castlepollard Vocational School, County Westmeath, to replace the existing outdated prefabricated structures.

I have also received notice from Senator Norris on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education to issue an invitation to the representatives of ISHOF to make a presentation to the Government regarding the possibility of establishing an international aquatic centre at Ringsend.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Cosgrave, Finneran, Maloney, Honan, Cassidy and Norris as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected Senator Cosgrave's and Senator Finneran's matters and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
