An Leas-Chathaoirleach: The Committee of Selection reports that it has discharged Senator Seán Byrne from membership of the Joint Services Committee at his own request and has appointed Senator Rory Kiely in substitution from him.

The Committee of Selection reports that it has discharged Senator Paschal Mooney from membership of the Joint Services Committee at his own request and has appointed Senator Francis O'Brien in substitution for him.

I move: “That the report be laid before the Seanad.”
