Arterial Drainage (Amendment) Bill, 1995: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to amend and extend the Arterial Drainage Act, 1945, to make provision for the execution of works as may be found necessary to enable the protection of land or buildings in urban and other areas from damage resulting from inland and coastal flooding, to provide for the maintenance of such works, to provide for the payment of compensation to certain persons for damage resulting from flooding, and to provide for matters incidental to or connected with the protection of buildings and property arising from such flooding.
