Seanad Éireann - Volume 139 - 23 March, 1994 Business of Seanad. An Cathaoirleach An Cathaoirleach An Cathaoirleach: I have notice from Senator Naughten that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter: The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry to outline the total amount of moneys owing to farmers for 1993 under the following headings: ewe subsidy, headage payments, suckler cow scheme, beef premium, extensification grants and the equine payment scheme for the horse industry; and to further outline the reason for the totally unacceptable delay in payments and when payment will be made. I regard the matter raised as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business. Seanad Éireann 139 Business of Seanad. General Debate 19940323
