I, MARY ROBINSON, PRESIDENT OF IRELAND, do hereby inform you that, after consultation with the Council of State, I have this day referred the Bill entitled

MATRIMONIAL HOME BILL, 1993

to the Supreme Court pursuant to Article 26 of the Constitution for a decision on the question as to whether the said Bill or any provision or provisions thereof is or are repugnant to the Constitution or to any provision thereof.
