[679] Mr. Fallon: Before I deal with the Order of Business I would like to propose a vote of sympathy to the family of the late Patrick Bergin, a former Senator, who died recently.

Mr. Manning: On behalf of the Opposition I would like to be associated with the vote of sympathy.

Dr. Upton: May I join in the vote of sympathy to the family of the late Paddy Bergin. He was a member of our party who did tremendous work for people in the Carlow area and he will be fondly remembered by all of us who knew him.
