An Cathaoirleach: Is that agreed? Agreed.

Professor Murphy: I want to make an observation on item No. 2.

An Cathaoirleach: The House agreed we would take items Nos. 2 to 7 without debate.

Professor Murphy: I have a point to make on this matter and an opportunity may not be available to me elsewhere.

An Cathaoirleach: The business of the House has been agreed.

Mr. Norris: No. The Order of Business was agreed.

An Cathaoirleach: The Order of Business has been agreed.

Mr. Norris: But not the question whether there should be a debate. It was specifically indicated from this side this was not acceptable——

An Cathaoirleach: I am not going to accept any further discussion on this matter. I have made my ruling. If anybody conflicts with me on it I will be forced to take other steps.

Question put and agreed to.
