Bill entitled an Act to make provision for the carrying out of marine research and development and related services, to secure the co-ordination of the resources of the State used for marine research and for these purposes to establish a body to be known as the [563] Marine Institute, to define its functions and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
