Mr. Ferris: It is proposed to take Nos. 1 and 2. It is proposed to adjourn for lunch between 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. and for tea between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. It is hoped that we will at least complete No. 1 today. Finishing time will depend on what progress we make.
