Professor Dooge: I should like, by agreement of the House, to seek the necessary authority to lay before the House and to print a Report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges in relation to amendments to Standing Orders concerning explanatory financial memoranda to Government Bills. Accordingly, I move:
