An Cathaoirleach: I have received a message from the President that the Supreme Court has decided that the Housing (Private Rented Dwellings) Bill, 1981 is repugnant to the Constitution and that, in pursuance of subsection 1º of section 3 of Article 26 of the Constitution, he declined, on 19th day of February 1982, to sign the said Bill.
