O'Higgins: It is proposed to take No. 1 only, and it is proposed to break for lunch from 1 o'clock until 2.15 p.m. I am wondering if, in order to conclude business at in or about 5 o'clock, possibly, Senators would agree that the Minister might be called to conclude the discussion on the motion not later than, say, 4.30 p.m.
