Comdt. Sanfey: It is proposed to take No. 1 only. I should mention that the Whips have agreed that all Stages of the Appropriation Bill will be completed by 5 p.m. this afternoon. It is also agreed that if the Second Stage of the Bill has not been completed by 4 p.m. the Minister will be allowed in at that time to close the debate. I suggest that we adjourn for lunch from 1 p.m. to 2.15 p.m.
