Seanad Éireann - Volume 82 - 30 July, 1975 Order of Business. Mr. M.J. O'Higgins Mr. M.J. O'Higgins Mr. M.J. O'Higgins: It is proposed to take Nos. 2, 3, 1, 5 and 4. As regards the Justice items, Nos. 1, 5 and 4, if No. 2 is concluded, it is proposed to interrupt No. 3 at 2.30 p.m. in order to take Nos. 1, 5 and 4. It is suggested, in order to convenience the Minister for Justice who will not be in a position to start until 2.30 p.m., that we take the lunch break from 12.30 p.m. until 2.30 p.m. Dr. West Dr. West Dr. West: This is getting so complicated that I am having difficulty in sorting it out. What happens if we have not concluded No. 3 by 2.30 p.m. when the Criminal Law (Jurisdiction) Bill is due to be taken? Mr. M.J. O'Higgins Mr. M.J. O'Higgins Mr. M.J. O'Higgins: We will not interrupt No. 2. We have to finish it. Dr. West Dr. West Dr. West: What time will No. 3 start at? For example, last night two Bills were taken in the evening— Mr. M.J. O'Higgins Mr. M.J. O'Higgins Mr. M.J. O'Higgins: It is unlikely to arise but, hopefully, if we finish Nos. 1, 5 and 4 we will revert to the Order of Business and continue with No. 3. Dr. West Dr. West Dr. West: There is no intention, for example, of taking No. 3 tomorrow morning, whatever happens? Mr. M.J. O'Higgins Mr. M.J. O'Higgins Mr. M.J. O'Higgins: We will have a look at that tomorrow but as far as today goes if, with goodwill all round, we finish No. 4 in time, we will revert to No. 3. Order of Business agreed to.
