O'Higgins: The arrangement about the Traffic Wardens Bill was that if there was a gap in the proceedings we would take it, not that we would carry on after taking the Appropriation Bill. There might be the Bill from the Department of Industry and Commerce which was passed today in the Dáil. It is very short. However, I am not sure about that.
