Go ndéanfar, de bhun Buan-Orduithe 59, an Coiste um Nós Imeachta agus Pribhléidí a cheapadh; agus go ndéanfar ainmniú comhaltaí an Choiste a chur faoi bhráid an Choiste Roghnaitheoireachta.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order 59, the Committee on Procedure and Privileges be appointed; and that it be referred to the Committee of Selection to nominate the members of the Committee.
