Mr. Duffy: The Committee of Selection has nominated the following Senators to the Select Committee on Statutory Rules and Orders:—

Senators Joseph W. Bigger, James Crosbie, James G. Douglas, Luke J. Duffy, William R. Fearon, Patrick Fitzsimons, Frederick Hawkins, Michael Hearne and George O'Brien.

I move that the report be laid on the Table of the House.

Mr. Hayes: Before we enter upon the motions, may I say that the Minister for Agriculture may be slightly delayed, but he hopes to be here very soon? With regard to motion No. 5, the Minister for External Affairs desires to have this motion taken to-morrow so that if we reach it to-night we will have to go on to No. 6. We may have to fix a time, before we adjourn to-night, for that motion to-morrow.
