Cathaoirleach: The following Message has been received from the Dáil:—

Dáil Eireann has passed the following resolution:—

That the Dáil concur with the [160] Seanad in their resolution communicated to the Dáil the 28th day of June, 1939, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Dublin Port and Docks Bill, 1939.

That a Select Committee be appointed to be joined with a Select Committee to be appointed by the Dáil to consider the Dublin Port and Docks Bill, 1939.
