Mr. BENNETT: I move:

In accordance with the Standing Orders relating to Private Business adopted by both Houses on the 13th May, 1927 which provide for the carry over of Bills from the last session of the Oireachtas into the present session, with the further provision that the proceedings in the House in this session shall be formal in regard to every stage through which the Bill has passed in the last session, I beg to move, in the case of the Dun Laoghaire Blackrock Dalkey Corporation Bill, 1924 (suspended) that leave be given to introduce the Bill.
