PRIVATE BUSINESS. - IRISH HYDRO AND PEAT ELECTRIC POWER BILL, 1924.

Report of the Joint Committee on Standing Orders (Private Business), dated the 3rd May, 1924, that the appeal of the Promoters against the decision of the Examiner of Private Bills that the Standing Orders have not been complied with in the case of the Irish Hydro and Peat Electric Power Bill, 1924, has been withdrawn; and that the Joint Committee do not recommend that the Standing Orders be dispensed with in the case of this Bill.
