GABHAN O DUBHTHAIGH (South Co. Dublin) moved, and P. O MAILLE (Connemara), seconded that Clause 2 (d) be amended by the insertion after the word, “President” of the following words, viz:—“Or during the meeting at which the President shall himself have been elected to his office.”

Question put and carried.
