DAIL MINISTRY.

CATHAL BRUGHA CATHAL BRUGHA

CATHAL BRUGHA was appointed President of the Ministry pro. tem.

The Meeting here adjourned in order to enable the President to submit the names of the officers of the Ministry in accordance with Article 2 (Clause b.) of the Constitution. On resuming, the President submitted, and the Dáil approved, of the following nominations to the Ministry:—

Finance Minister—E. MACNEILL.

Home Affairs—M. COLLINS.

Foreign Affairs—COUNT PLUNKETT.

National Defence—R. MULCAHY.

(The Teachta from East Kerry, P. BEASLAI, dissented in regard to the Finance Minister.)
