Deputy Dermot Ahern: I am informed by the Garda authorities that local Garda personnel remain in ongoing contact with the person referred to by the Deputy with regard to the investigation of the incident. I am also informed that he is being provided with appropriate crime prevention and personal security advice and other assistance.
