Deputy Dan Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children if she will publish the report (details supplied) on the outcome of mediation undertaken at her request in the case of three consultant orthodontists working in the public orthodontic service. [13036/09]

  Deputy Mary Harney: The report concerns a mediation process which I initiated in an attempt to resolve differences between three consultant orthodontists and the HSE. At the outset the parties agreed that the report, which contains personal information, including correspondence between the individuals concerned and their employer, would be treated as confidential. Therefore, it would not be appropriate for me to publish the report.
