Deputy Pat Rabbitte Deputy Pat Rabbitte Deputy Pat Rabbitte asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the number of civil servants in her Department, broken down by gender, who are not subject to a compulsory retirement age of 65 years and who are free to continue at work after age 65 years in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions Act) 2004; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The following table sets out the breakdown by gender.
