Deputy Brian Lenihan: An annual allowance is payable to the parliamentary leader of qualifying parties including the Progressive Democrat Party. Payments to the Progressive Democrats totalling €185,080.70 were made in 2008 as follows:
Payment of €15,509.60 has also been made for the month of January 2009; the February 2009 payment is not yet processed.
