  Deputy Brian Lenihan: To ensure the effective implementation of the Bank Guarantee Scheme, and to ensure that covered institutions are meeting their obligations under the Scheme, my officials and I are in regular contact with the covered institutions. Since January, I have met with the Chief Executives and Chairpersons of most of the covered institutions.
