Deputy Phil Hogan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the amount of funding available every year for social housing since 2004; the number of social housing units delivered since 2004; the funding expected for social housing in 2009; the amount of units expected to be delivered; and if he will make a statement on the matter.   Deputy Michael Finneran: The total capital investment in the supply of social housing for the years 2004-2007 was €4,222,092,455. The breakdown between the local authority prog[741] ramme and the Capital Loan and Subsidy (CLSS) and Capital Assistance (CAS) Schemes for the Voluntary and Co-Operative Housing sector for this period is set out in the table below, together with the corresponding allocations for 2008. Co-Operative Housing sector for this period is set out in the following table, together with the corresponding allocations for 2008.
