Deputy Billy Kelleher: The Employment Permits Section informs me that the above named is already the holder of a work permit which is valid up to the 24/4/2010. Applications from non-EEA nationals seeking permission to reside on the basis of being married to an Irish citizen, are a matter for my colleague the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
