[632] Deputy Joe Costello asked the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism the number of EU measures which have been transposed into primary or secondary legislation by his Department in the past 12 months; if he will list each measure; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [34628/08]

  Deputy Martin Cullen: I propose to take Questions Nos. 208 and 209 together.

The Department does not normally have any EU measures to transpose into primary or secondary legislation. Accordingly none were transposed in the past 12 months nor are any waiting to be transposed.
