Deputy Richard Bruton asked the Minister for Finance the number of new agencies created since 1997 to date in 2008; the budget for each in all of those years; and the number of staff employed. [34425/08]

  Deputy Brian Lenihan: The following table outlines the information requested by the Deputy, in respect of the Special EU Programmes Body which was the only new body funded from my Department’s vote in the period since 1997. The Special EU Programmes Body is a joint North/South body.
