Deputy Dermot Ahern:The persons concerned are a husband and wife. The first named person concerned has been granted Leave to Remain in the State for the period to 9 May 2010. This decision was conveyed in writing to the person concerned by letter dated 9 May 2007. The second named person concerned has been granted Leave to Remain in the State for the period to 17 September 2010. This decision was conveyed in writing to the person concerned by letter dated 17 September 2007.
