  Deputy Fergus O’Dowd: Go raibh maith agat a Cheann Comhairle. On Thursday week last during priority questions to the Minister for Transport while making the case for more competition in the bus market, I stated that Morton’s Circle Line Bus Company is lauded as one of Dublin city’s best bus service providers but was breaking the law because it does not have a licence. I wish to make it perfectly clear that Morton’s Circle Line Bus Company has a licence to operate from the Department of Transport, and I wish to correct the record of the House in that regard.
