  Deputy Billy Kelleher: I confirm that a Screening Regulatory Impact Analysis was conducted in relation to the Employment Law Compliance Bill 2008. The Explanatory and Financial Memorandum published with the Bill summarised the outcome of that analysis. Arrangements are in hand for the full document to be published on the Department’s website in advance of the Second Stage of the Bill in Dáil Éireann.
