Deputy Eamon Gilmore asked the Minister for Defence the estimated cost to the Defence Forces of payments and legal costs arising from a decision of the Circuit Court to dismiss a case taken by his Department against a person (details supplied) over alleged over-claiming of overseas expenses; if other similar cases being taken by his Department have been settled; the estimated costs involved in these cases.
