Dáil Éireann - Volume 639 - 11 October, 2007

Written Answers. - Tax Code.

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance if a refund of income tax is due in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23292/07]

Deputy Brian Cowen: I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that they have no record of receiving a request for a refund of income tax from the individual concerned. However, if this person wishes to seek a refund, he should make a claim, with supporting documents, to the Revenue Commissioners, Kildare Revenue District, Grattan House, Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2.
