Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Education and Science the status of the application for recognition of a school (details supplied) in County Clare; the reason there has been a delay in issuing a decision in this case; her proposals in regard to this specific application which seeks to address the education rights of some 50 children; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
