  Deputy John Gormley:The Kildare Town Sewerage Scheme is included in my Department’s Water Services Investment Programme 2007-2009 as a scheme to start construction in 2008 at an estimated cost of €21.4 m.

Kildare County Council’s Contract Documents for the wastewater treatment plant and collection system are under examination in my Department and are being dealt with as quickly as possible.
