Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he has received representations to meet Midleton Town Council to discuss the extension of Midleton town boundary; if so, when the meeting will take place; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10577/07]

Mr. Roche: I have received representations from Midleton Town Council about the Council’s application for a boundary extension, which inter alia, suggests such a meeting. I am considering the matter and I will respond to the Council as soon as possible.
