Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for Education and Science if, with regard to school transport and correspondence received from an association (details supplied) dated 9 January 2007, she will provide a response to the issues raised in that correspondence; if there will be a meeting with the committee; and when this is expected to take place. The issues referred to by the Deputy have been the subject of an appeal to the Independent School Transport Appeals Board which has made a determination in the matter. In these circumstances I do not propose to intervene.
