Mr. Gregory asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the treatment of the deer at a school (details supplied) in County Meath will be fully investigated by the Gardaí and the perpetrators prosecuted under the Protection of Animals [1382] (Amendment) Act 1965; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
