[2304/07] Mr. McDowell Mr. McDowell 453 Mr. McDowell: This applicant applied for asylum on 28th April, 2005. His application was refused and a Deportation Order was made on 21st July, 2005. The applicant instituted Judicial Review proceedings on 29th September, [453] 2005 challenging the Deportation Order made in respect of him and accordingly, as the matter is sub judice, I do not propose to comment further.
