Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government when a certificate of qualification under the rural renewal scheme will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Longford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [37803/06]

Mr. N. Ahern: Inspections in relation to 4 applications involving a number of properties by this company were carried out on 7 November 2006. The applicant was advised that additional works must be completed in respect of each of the properties concerned. On receipt of notification in writing that all specified works are completed a further inspection will be arranged.
