Mr. Parlon: The channel in question is to be maintained as part of our 2007 Work Programme, subject to agreement with local land owners regarding access and availability of resources.

Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Finance when the Office of Public Works will deal with serious erosion of the embankment at Courtbrown, Askeaton, County Limerick particularly on the lands of a person (details supplied). [36820/06]
