Mr. Noonan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the status of a person (details supplied) in County [1819] Limerick who has applied for residency here and has submitted all the appropriate documentation in support of their residency claim. [33371/06]

  Mr. McDowell: I understand the Immigration Division of my Department has been in correspondence with the person concerned. Upon receipt of the documentation requested, a decision will be made on the application.
