Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the position regarding an application for refund of moneys due under the national repayment scheme for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. [32450/06]

Ms Harney:As the Health Service Executive has responsibility for administering the health repayment scheme, enquiries relating to the scheme are referred to the parliamentary affairs division of the executive. My Department has asked the HSE to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued to the Deputy.
