[1440] Mr. Naughten asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) will be issued with a pension from the Health Service Executive west; the reason for the delay; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [27990/06]

Ms Harney: The Deputy’s question relates to the administration and management of superannuation payments for former employees of the health boards, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to have this matter investigated and to issue a reply directly to the Deputy.
